Our Retained Search division specializes in mid to high level positions within the building and design industry. Most of the retained searches that we undertake are Executive level positions, however we are happy to undertake retained searches on any vacancies.
All of our retained searches are headed up by Nick Ray, the Managing Director of Opus. He has 18 years’ experience of executive level recruitment in the industry and has conducted many successful searches for top level executive/management level candidates throughout the A/E/C industry. Opus has been particularly successful in conducting retained searches for architecture firms, however we are also experienced at completing retained searches for engineering firms, general contractors and real estate development firms.
