As a Construction Administrator at this Irvine office, you will grow your skills, knowledge, and learn best practices. To be successful in this position, you will need to be open to learning, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and have a genuine interest in helping team members with a positive and pro-active attitude.

 

Responsibilities:

-Attend and participate in construction team progress meetings, pre-installation meetings and promote the accurate documentation of discussion points and action items

-Observe the general progress and quality of work and determine if the work is in conformance with the Contract Documents

-Assist the Owner or Owner's representative with interpreting and deciding matters concerning the requirements of the Contract Documents upon request of the Owner or Contractor

-Prepare a Final Inspection Report

 

Skills & Abilities:

-Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

-Good knowledge of industry software is preferred

-Maintain the physical and electronic filing system for each job adhering to company standards

-Responds to requests for service and assistance

 

Experience:

-Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required

-4+ years of experience on multi-family construction projects

-Architects license required
