Our client - a leading architecture and design firm in Washington DC - is currently seeking a well-rounded Mid-Level Interior Designer to join their award-winning team. Projects include a well-known corporate headquarters, national / international consulting firms, and small / large associations. This opportunity is well-suited for someone looking to join a firm that can provide consistent growth and practices a holistic, collaborative approach to their design process! 

Qualified candidiates should be comfortable in front of clients, well-spoken, and have 4-10 yrs of professional experience in all phases of the design process. Prior experience in Commercial Interiors, FF+E selection, design concept creation / collaboration, construction document production (in Revit), team management and client communication is highly preferred. Must be eligibile to work in the United States without Visa restrictions.



  • Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Interior Design
  • 4-10 years professional experience on mostly Commercial Projects
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other rendering software
  • Experience in all phases of design (including construction documents)
  • Strong communication skills; capable of dealing with clients / consultants directly
  • Leadership experience managing / mentoring junior staff
  • Eligible to work in the United States without Visa restrictions
