Our client - a leading architecture and design firm in Washington DC - is currently seeking a confident Mid-Level Project Architect to join their award-winning team. This opportunity is well-suited for someone looking to join a firm that can provide consistent growth and practices a holistic, collaborative approach to their design process! 

Candidiates who apply should have between 6-15 years of professional experience on Large Scale Corporate Commercial (and/or Mixed Use Residential) projects from conceptual design through construction administration.

Requirements:

  • Registered Architect licensed in the U.S.
  • Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Architecture
  • 6-15 years professional experience (Corporate Commercial, Multi Family / Mixed Use projects)
  • Demonstrated understanding of new construction / ground up projects 
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other rendering software
  • Experience in all phases of design (including construction documents)
  • Strong communication skills; capable of dealing with clients / consultants directly
  • Leadership experience managing / mentoring junior staff
  • Eligible to work in the United States without Visa restrictions
