Our client - a leading architecture firm in Baltimore, MD - is actively seeking a top notch Senior Landscape Architect to join their architecture team. The right candidate should have at least 10+ years of relevant experience, with an emphasis in landscape design.

Success in this position will require proactive business development skills, the ability to manage client relationships, and collaboration with leaders and staff to ensure projects are delivered on time, and within budget. This role also involves a high-level of design leadership (internally and on site), the preparation of design documents (reports, presentation materials, packages in all phases) and the ability to guide a project from a collaborative conceptual beginning into technical development and successful implementation. 


  • 10 years of progressively responsible leadership roles with experience in schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration (experience developing new business while working in a multi-disciplinary firm is a plus)
  • Bachelor or Master of Landscape Architecture degree from an accredited program
  • Prior management experience with a mentor-mindset; strong problem solving skills 
  • Proven presentation and relationship management skills, with clients and at conferences / marketing events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite a plus
