Our client - a leading architecture firm in the DC metro area - is actively seeking a top notch Senior Project Manager to join their architecture team. The right candidate should be a true architect with previous experience managing large scale corporate commercial projects.

This position involves design leadership for multiple project teams, and requires the ability to provide technical guidance (i.e. review CDs in Revit) in all design phases as well. Other responsibilities include writing proposals and developing fees in collaboration with the marketing team, being the main contact for current / potential clients, and being a positive mentor to junior staff throughout the firm.


  • 10-15 years of professional experience 
  • Demonstrated Architect and Project Manager with progressive experience on large scale corporate commercial projects
  • Proficiency in REVIT, Deltek Vision, Adobe Suites and Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of current laws, codes and titles in relation to construction.
  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Architecture
