This healthcare design firm, with offices in NYC, Cleveland, Philadelphia and Boca Raton has gained national recognition for excellent client service and design accomplishments in the healthcare design sector.
They are seeking a Project Manager who is technically proficient, design sensitive, and has excellent organizational and communication skills. The PM should posess the ability to work as an integral part of a project team, ensuring the translation of design intent into construction documentation.
Responsibilities include:
- Guiding and coordinating all disciplines with outside consultants, architects, and the end user. Building and maintaining the business realtionship with the client.
- Coordinating team meetings, and insuring project scheduling, buddgeting and staffing are running correctly
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate
You must be a Licensed Architect in New York State and have over 8 years experience in healthcare design. You must have strong technical and CA skills. You must be AutoCAD proficient; Revit would be advantageous. You must have strong written and verbal skills.
