Project Manager

Our client is an architectural and interior design firm specializing in healthcare. They have offices in NYC, Cleveland, Philadelphia and Boca Raton. They have quickly gained national recognition for client service and design accomplishments in healthcare design. The company is seeking a Project Manager to join them as they continue to set the standard for excellence in healthcare design. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, design sensitive, and has excellent organizational and communication skills. The Project Manager should possess the ability to work as an integral part of a project team, ensuring the translation of design intent into construction documentation.

Position Responsibilities

Responsible for the firm’s business relationship with the client. Guides and coordinates all disciplines with outside consultants, architects and end user.
Coordinates all disciplines for schedules, meetings, deadlines, etc
Coordinates client and team meetings to insure project schedule, budget and staffing.
Ensures all documentation is current and accurate.
Identifies new project opportunities with existing clients and finds opportunities to service new clients by preparing winning proposals.

Requirements
Licensed architect with 8 + years of licensed experience which MUST include healthcare projects.
Must possess strong technical capabilities
Must possess strong CA skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
