Design Manager

Global architecture, design and planning firm is seeking a Design Manager for their busy Phoenix studio.

The successful applicant will be managing all phases of projects, including project set-up, design and construction administration. You will be managing project scheduling, budgets and set-up with contractors, vendors and consultants. You will be leading the project team, preparing project proposals, negotiating contracts & fees, coordinating the bidding process and tracking the financial performance of projects.

This firm has a fantastic portfolio of design-oriented projects and we are looking for applications from people with experience across one of more of office, multi-family/mixed-use or hospitality projects. You should have experience with the entire project lifecycle, experience leading teams, negotiating project scope and knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures.

It is essential you can demonstrate fiscal accountability & responsibility on projects plus strong communication & leaderships skills. Revit proficiency is also highly valued.
