Project Architect

Full service architectural and design firm seeks a registered Project Architect with commercial project experience for their corporate group in NYC.

You will be managing all project phases and must be able to demonstrate technical expertise on complex commercial projects. You will be overseeing document production & management of the BIM model and will provide final review and approval of all code analysis, material selections & specifications.

Working alongside the Project Manager, you will be attending client meetings and will coordinate with consultants. Applicants should have at least 8 years of experience in an architecture office and must have a portfolio that includes commercial interiors projects and renovations in excess of 100,000 square feet. You must have a proven ability to lead the design, documentation & construction administration process and Revit proficiency is essential.
