Senior Project Manager

An award-winning architecture, planning & interior design firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager in NYC to lead a very high-profile institutional project.

Working directly with the Principal-in-Charge, you will lead the internal team through all project phases with a primary focus on design development, construction documents and construction administration. You will prepare a strategic plan and coordinate all project efforts, both administrative & technical, and manage project team assignments. You will collaborate with consultants, contractors & regulatory agencies and be the primary client contact.

Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience managing large, technically complex projects. You must be able to demonstrate a deep technical knowledge & design sensibility plus an ability to lead and mentor large design teams. It is essential you have had responsibility for project planning, budgeting, scheduling and quality. Licensure is a plus.
